At Matsyaa, every crystal is packed with care, intention, and respect for its energy journey. We want your experience—from placing an order to receiving your crystal—to feel smooth, safe, and aligned.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed with mindful attention.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed, energetically prepared, and dispatched. During high-volume days, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always strive to send out your crystals as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner servicing your area. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Packaging & Handling

Your crystals are wrapped securely with protective materials so they travel safely to you. We take full responsibility for ensuring they leave our store in perfect condition—cleansed, charged, and packaged thoughtfully.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both you and us, we kindly request that you record a full, clear unboxing video every time you receive a package from us—
whether the outer packaging looks damaged or perfectly fine.

This video is essential for:

  • Verifying the condition of items

  • Assisting you with replacements if needed

  • Resolving courier-related issues

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process damage claims or send replacements.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately and share:

  • The complete unboxing video

  • Photos of the damage

We will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.

We request your help in returning the damaged crystal to us. Please:

  • Bubble wrap it adequately

  • Place it in a new, sturdy box, especially if the original box appears compressed or softened during transit

  • Ship it back to our store address

This ensures the damaged crystal travels safely and respectfully back to us.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays due to courier logistics, weather conditions, strikes, or remote-area delivery limitations are outside our control. However, we are always here to assist and help you track your parcel wherever possible.

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrectly entered address, incomplete address, or missed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping 

International orders may incur customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer.
