At Matsyaa, every crystal is chosen, cleansed, and sent with love, care, and positive intention. Because of their sacred nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a crystal has been delivered. Each crystal is prepared to connect harmoniously with the person receiving it, ensuring its energy remains pure, vibrant, and untouched by anyone else. Returning a crystal is energetically unwise: if it is passed to someone else, their energy could inadvertently affect the crystal and create an energetic loop back to you. By choosing not to accept returns, we protect both the crystal’s integrity and your personal energy.

Once a crystal has been purchased and received, it begins its journey of alignment with your energy. It is not right to return it or pass it on after opening the package, even briefly.

We take full responsibility for ensuring that your crystals arrive safely. To help us verify the condition of every delivery, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video for every package you receive, whether or not there is visible damage to the box or the crystals inside. This allows us to provide a smooth replacement if needed.

If a crystal arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the unboxing video and photos attached. We will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. We ask for your help in returning the damaged crystal to our store: wrap it carefully in bubble wrap and place it in a new, sturdy cardboard box, especially if the original box has softened or been compressed during shipping. Your care in this process ensures that the crystal is treated safely and respectfully during transit.

For crystal bracelets strung on elastic fiber, we offer a lifetime guarantee for the authenticity of the crystal beads. The elastic itself, however, is not guaranteed, as its durability depends entirely on personal use. Excessive pulling or rough handling can cause it to snap. If this happens, we are happy to provide instructions so you can re-tie the bracelet at home and continue enjoying it.
